The Sales Assistant Intern will support the Showroom Sales Team for providing customers with all the requested information and advise them concerning acquisitions by ensuring an outstanding sales experience.


Main Activities:
The Intern will be trained in the following activities

• Meeting and greeting customers that come into the Showroom, providing outstanding level of hospitality
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers
• Offering information and technical support to customers about the products
• Maintaining accurate inventory and store goods
• Contributing to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling
• Supporting the Team in organizing events and promotional activities to target
• Preparing sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information
• Identifing and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions

 
Experience and education:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Excellent Italian and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office

Technical and Soft skills:

• Polite and customer oriented
• Problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work
