Responsabilites
The individual will have a primary mandate to coordinate all the communications activity related to branding, content creation (relevancy and accuracy) of In Motion BU messaging to be distributed across the BU’s owned media channels (social, website, direct marketing).
The individual will have an additional mandate working in coordination with HR to support the BU in Employer Branding efforts to stimulate interest from candidates to aspire to join the IM BU.
The role sits within the Marketing & Communications Department reporting to the Global Marketing & Communications Director with a dotted line reporting to the IM Business Unit General Manager.
Mission
Clarify and sharpen the IM proposition to improve visibility of the business unit across all IM specific digital and physical touchpoints and ensure relevant and accurate messaging is developed (visually, editorially) into engaging content (photo, video, editorial, CGI) to sustain narratives on IM channels/properties, and is supplied in a timely manner to Global Marketing & Communications team for diffusion across Poltrona Frau brand channels/properties (owned, earned and on rare occasions paid media). Ultimately the function serves to support the IM BU in engaging existing customers, attracting new customers across relevant industry verticals and attracting potential employees while guaranteeing a steady supply of content to ensure content is effectively integrated in the Global Marketing & Communications activities across international markets
Key activities
:
Development of a new Business Unit manifesto, and project management of annual sustainability reporting
Obtaining authorization from OEM clients/supplier clients to receive and utilize editorial and visual content to be integrated and distributed on both IIM and Brand owned/earned media channels for promotional purposes ensuring timely and coordinated communications
Project management of content creation (video, editorial, photo) to ensure there is a steady supply of accurate, relevant and updated material to promote IM BU on owned media channels
Work in tight collaboration with Haworth Lifestyle and Marketing & Communications team for the development and launch of a dedicated IM website
Establishing relationships with customers and external agencies/vendors
Coordinating activities with Group IT/Digital and Brand Marketing & Communications Digital Marketing/Web Properties teams to help oversee successful implementation of dedicated IM website
Manage IM calendar of initiatives and IM marketing budget
Manage IM presence at key events/trade shows
Oversight and management of IM social media channels (eg. LinkedIn), in coordination with Brand Social Media guidelines and HR requisites
Liasing with the technical, operations and sales functions of the IM BU
Liasing with key brand functions (HR key brand and group functions including HR, Legal, IT, PR and Digital)
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8+ years or relevant experience in marketing/communications for industrial companies (B2B or B2C): experience in digital communications in a start-up environment
Fluent both in Italian and English
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Competencies and skills
:
Proven ability to coordinate efforts to develop visual/photo/video content for primarily digital distribution
The ability to understand engineering, operations and design concepts/processes that can be translated into a selling proposition that is expressed through editorial, video (long, short format), computer generated imagery and photography to be distributed on owned and earned media channels
Ability to work independently and as a team member liasing with multiple functions and departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Passion for industrial, durable aspirational products a plus (Aviation, Luxury Automotive, Yachting)
Workplace:
