Purpose of the role is to lead and optimize the end-to-end Supply Chain processes, ensuring material availability, cost efficiency, inventory optimization and service level achievement.
The role is responsible for Procurement, Material Planning & Replenishment, Warehouse Operations, and reports to Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute procurement strategies and supplier management
  • Ensure material availability aligned with production and sales requirements
  • Manage inventory levels, stock policies and working capital targets
  • Lead warehouse operations, logistics flows and inventory accuracy
  • Develop KPIs for supplier performance, inventory turnover, service level and procurement savings
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to support business objectives
  • Lead and develop the Procurement, Inbound and Warehouse teams

Education and experiences
  • Degree in scientific disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in managing people
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, ERP Dynamics F&O
  • Fluency in English

Workplace: Tolentino (MC)

Conditions: The position offers a Quadro classification with a gross annual salary of €60-70.000 plus health insurance, in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
