Poltrona Frau In Motion Work Instruction Intern

Placed within the IIM Engineering department, the internship aims to involve the intern inthe process of creating, updating, and publishing technical documentation and work instructions related to products to be industrialized or to specific, standard, or new projects. The goal is also to learn how to communicate complex technical information effectively, clearly, and comprehensibly to factory personnel.
The intern will report to the Data Analyst & KPI Coordinator.

Main Activities:

• Support in the creation and drafting of work instructions by Phase/Process to sustain and facilitate the production process
• Collaboration in the collection of data and information to be included in the documentation, interacting with technical and non-technical personnel
• Verification that the documents produced are fit for purpose, easy to use, and effective
• Management and organization of content for publication on paper support or other media
• Support in identifying the most appropriate documentation format and structures (text, images, videos) based on the type of content and the recipient, and in determining the level of complexity and technical jargon to be used
• Assistance in reviewing, updating, and modifying technical documentation to meet company requirements and industry standards, ensuring the correct paper and digital archiving of all Work Instructions

Education

• Degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering or a technical diploma
