As part of the Supply Chain team at Poltrona Frau in Motion, the position contributes to the delivery of unique and highly sophisticated interior solutions for luxury automobiles, premium-class airline cabins, and yachts.

Responsibilities
  • Managing material procurement logistics processes through demand planning, inventory monitoring, and control of purchase orders
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency
  • Coordinating End of Production (EOP) activities, in line with agreed production plans, to minimize raw material and semi-finished product obsolescence
  • Issuing purchase orders and organizing raw material collections and deliveries
  • Managing returns and issuing credit notes
  • Monitoring raw material coverage, supplier delays, and transportation costs
 
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Management Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles
  • Understanding of technical and manufacturing processes
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
 
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong supplier relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative

Workplace: Tolentino

Conditions: The position offers a employee classification with a gross annual salary of €29-33.000 in line with CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement. The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
