The Engineering Specialist is responsible for process industrialization activities, ensuring the proper definition of work procedures, generation of bills of materials, and support in managing production equipment (tooling). The role guarantees compliance with quality and process standards required by the premium automotive sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and upload bills of materials (BOM) and product work cycles in the information system, ensuring accuracy and consistency with technical specifications
  • Code finished products and materials, assigning control codes to raw materials
  • Produce Work Instructions, collaborating with technical departments to support proper operational activities
  • Develop and optimize production equipment (tooling), ensuring compliance with quality standards and industrialization requirements
  • Plan and conduct value analysis activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to ensure proper implementation of BOMs and equipment in production processes

Education and experience
  • Degree in technical disciplines (preferred)
  • Experience in industrialization activities
  • Knowledge of main Office Automation software packages
  • Skills in method and cycle time analysis, small method techniques, and value analysis
  • Very good knowledge of English language
